FacilitEase

A multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform that lets organizations commission, manage and host professional indoor maps powered by ArcGIS Indoors. Clients submit floor plans (CAD, PDF, Revit, SketchUp, point clouds) or request on-site 3D scanning, and a specialist team converts them into ArcGIS Indoors geodatabases.

Once the data is ready, organizations subscribe to hosting and launch the indoor mapping applications that run on it — Indoor Viewer, Space Planner, ReservAssist, Floor Plan Editor and Wayfinder — from a single branded workspace. Each organization manages its own users, application seats, projects and billing, while internal staff operate across all tenants from a dedicated admin view.

The platform also generates 3D walkthrough packages from reality-capture scans, so a point-cloud walkthrough, its floor plan and its navigation graph share one coordinate system.

What it does

Data conversion & scanning projects

Five-step project wizard, file upload, quotes and payment.

Esri map facility pinning

Geocode and pin every building on an ArcGIS basemap.

Hosting subscriptions

Square-footage pricing, add-ons, seats and Stripe payments.

Roles, seats & branding

Per-organization users, app seats and custom brand colors.

Live in Production | Navigation · Indoor Mapping · Web & Android

Wayfinder

A cross-platform navigation app that guides visitors from wherever they are to a specific room inside a building — on foot, by public transit or by car — as one seamless journey that crosses from the city streets into the indoor floor plan.

Users type or speak a destination, compare transit route options by stops, walking time and ride time, and follow clear turn-by-turn directions with distances and durations. Accessible (ADA) routing is a first-class travel mode, directions can be read aloud, and a route can be previewed in simulation before setting out.

The experience runs on ArcGIS web maps and 3D web scenes, so people can follow the route on a 2D map or tilt into a 3D model of the building interior. Administrators choose the web map, web scene and routing network the app uses from a built-in settings screen, and access is tied to the organization’s hosting subscription.

What it does

Outdoor-to-indoor routing

One continuous route from the street and transit stop to the room.

Transit, car and ADA modes

Compare transit options or request accessible routes.

Voice search & guidance

Speak the destination and hear spoken turn-by-turn prompts.

2D map & 3D scene

Switch between the web map and an indoor 3D web scene.

Live in Production | Safety Planning · Simulation · ArcGIS Indoors

S/Planner

A web-based safety and evacuation planning platform that turns indoor mapping data into actionable evacuation intelligence. Facility managers, safety officers and emergency planners model how people would leave a building or campus — before an incident ever happens.

Planners connect an ArcGIS web map, pick a building and a routing network, then build scenarios by placing evacuee groups, exits and barriers on the live indoor floor plan. Occupancy can be filled from the map data or set manually, and evacuation routes are calculated automatically with ArcGIS network analysis.

An agent-based simulation then models how groups move through the building, merge and exit, with animated playback, time-step controls and color-coded routes and evacuees. Results are explored through analytics charts, group tables, a multi-floor view and an immersive 3D scene, and can be shared with colleagues, turned into reports or exported as GIS data.

What it does

Scenario design

Place evacuee groups, exits and barriers directly on the indoor map.

Network-based routing

Optimal evacuation routes computed on ArcGIS routing networks.

Agent-based simulation

Animated playback of how groups move, merge and exit over time.

Analytics, 3D & export

Charts, multi-floor and 3D views, PDF reports and GIS exports.

Live in Production | Room Reservation · Space Management · ArcGIS Indoors

ReservAssist

A web-based room reservation and indoor space management platform that puts every bookable room on a live indoor map. Organizations use it to manage conference rooms, hotel rooms and desks across buildings and floors, without double bookings or guesswork.

Employees browse available rooms on an ArcGIS floor plan or in a calendar time grid, filter by capacity, equipment and availability, and book in a few clicks — including daily or weekly recurring meetings. Overlapping reservations are caught before they are created, and each room has its own day, week and month schedule.

Area managers can reserve on behalf of their team members and see only the rooms in the areas they manage, while an in-app AI assistant answers questions and makes bookings from plain-language requests. Each organization gets an isolated workspace with its own branding, users, seats and ArcGIS portal settings, delivered as a subscription.

What it does

Map-first booking

See exactly where each room is on the indoor floor plan.

Calendar scheduling

Day, week and month views with conflict detection and recurrence.

Smart room search

Filter by type, capacity, equipment and availability.

AI booking assistant

Ask in plain language and the assistant checks and books for you.

Live in Production | Meeting Rooms · Tablet Display · Android, Windows & Web

RoomReserv

A meeting-room display and booking app designed to live on a tablet mounted next to the door. At a glance, people see whether the room is free, for how long it stays free, and what meeting is coming up next.

Anyone walking by can book the room on the spot for 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or sign in to reserve a specific time with a meeting name, date, duration and start time. A live timeline shows the day with the current-time marker, and day, week and month calendars let users plan ahead.

Rooms and reservations are stored in ArcGIS feature layers, so bookings stay in sync with the organization’s indoor maps and the other space-management apps built on the same data. The app ships as an Android tablet app, a Windows app and a desktop build, and supports managed deployment through Microsoft Intune, with a protected admin panel to assign each device to its room.

What it does

Room status display

Tablet-friendly screen showing if the room is free and for how long.

One-tap booking

Reserve the room for 15, 30 or 60 minutes straight from the door.

Day, week & month calendars

Browse the schedule and book ahead for any date.

Managed device deployment

Packaged for Android, Windows and desktop, with Microsoft Intune support.

Live in Production | Cloud Map Printing · SaaS · Web

GeoPrinter

A cloud printing service for ArcGIS that lets GIS professionals design print-ready map documents entirely in the browser. Users sign in with their ArcGIS Online account, pick a web map and lay it out with a visual drag-and-drop editor, with no desktop GIS software required.

The template builder offers GIS-specific building blocks: live maps, titles that read from the map, legends, scale bars, north arrows, logos, text and data tables. Rulers and alignment tools help with precise positioning, templates can span several pages, and standard page sizes (Letter, Legal, Tabloid, A3, A4 and large formats) are ready to use.

Templates are rendered into high-resolution PDFs on the server, with a print preview where users adjust the scale and choose the visible layers, including indoor floor plans from ArcGIS Indoors. Organizations get shared templates, member management, usage statistics and subscription plans with print quotas.

What it does

Drag-and-drop template builder

Lay out maps, titles, legends, scale bars, north arrows and logos.

Live ArcGIS web maps

Sign in with ArcGIS Online and pick any web map from your portal.

High-quality PDF output

Multi-page layouts in standard and custom sizes, up to 300 dpi.

Teams, sharing & plans

Organization members, shared templates and subscription print quotas.
